About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to manage sales activities for medical devices and systems targeting the Japanese market. This role requires close collaboration with clients, distributors, and help Japan branch to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales Activities Conduct product presentations and consultations for key clients in Japan.
Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and close sales deals.
Distributor Support and Management Provide ongoing support for distributor sales activities and monitor their performance.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies in collaboration with distributors.
Collaboration with Retail Partners Conduct joint sales activities with retail partners to promote and sell products.
Build strong relationships with retail partners to enhance market presence.
Product Integration Management Manage the integration of our systems with external medical devices and systems.
Ensure compatibility and provide optimal solutions for clients.
Business Model Development Analyze and review business models to enhance sales performance.
Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth.
Coordination with Japan Entity Serve as a liaison with the Japan Entity to align strategies and share market insights.
Reflect local market needs in product development and marketing plans.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales.
Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese is required
Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Korea (e.g., a valid visa or Korean citizenship).
Other Requirements: Strong understanding of medical devices and systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Japan or with Japanese clients.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
